There’s nothing like being out on the water on a hot summer’s day. Muskoka Woods offers a variety of water sports for the aquatic-loving camper in your household. Guests can enjoy traditional water sports such as canoeing, kayaking and waterskiing, but we also offer some of the coolest water sports and activities around!

For the adventure-seekers out there, here are five water sports guaranteed to spike your adrenaline:

Stand-Up Paddle Boarding

Originating in Hawaii, this offshoot of surfing is both a lot of fun and an excellent form of exercise. Find your balance on the board and paddle around the crystal-clear waters of Lake Rosseau. Take in the sights as you stand tall above the surface of the water.

Swim Beach

A giant playground on the lake? You bet! Guests can venture down to Swim Beach and spend a couple of hours on the Wibit Waterpark — one of the coolest floating obstacle courses in Canada. Check out this 360-degree view for perspective.

Tubing

Buddy up with a fellow guest and set out on one of our premium inflatable tubes for an adventure of a lifetime. Try to catch some serious air while passing over the waves and wake — and hold on with all of your might!

Wakeboarding

Wakeboarders of all levels will learn from expert instructors as they push their skills to the next level. You’ll ride the latest wakeboards from our team sponsors. We have plenty of equipment on hand, but you’re also welcome to bring your own gear.

Wakesurfing

Hop on one of our specialized boards and conquer a wake like never before! There’s nothing more exhilarating than wakesurfing in the crisp waters of Lake Rosseau.
