It's my first time at Muskoka Woods and I have a lot of questions. Is there someone I can talk to?

I want to add spending money to my child’s camp store account. How do I do this?
You can log into your family profile and add spending money to their account, which they will be able to access immediately. You can also bring money with you to deposit on arrival.

I’ve already completed my registration, but would like to make a schedule change. Am I able to do this?
Yes! You can log into your family profile and make schedule changes at any time up until one week before your child’s week at camp begins.

A specific activity is not showing up as available, how can I get into this activity?
Unfortunately, it is not showing up because it is full for the current week. Since families can change their schedules at any time online, we encourage you to check the availability regularly, as some activity spots may open up.

I forgot my username/password. Can I get it back?
Yes! At the parent log-in page, there is a “forgot my password” button where you can reset your password.

Will you send clothing that my child lost at camp back to us?
We strongly encourage parents to label all of their children’s belongings, as this helps us to return any items found during their stay. Parents and guests are reminded to check our lost and found table outside of the main office on Saturday morning before leaving camp. If you return home and discover something is missing, you can give us a call and we are happy to check our lost and found log. If the item is found, we can ship small items C.O.D. (cost on delivery) back to you. If your item is not in our lost and found room, it will be recorded on our lost and found search form. We have a large volume of lost items that are unclaimed, and we are unable to store anything beyond three weeks (including the current week). All summer lost and found will be donated on the last Friday of camp.

How do I connect with my child at camp?
The best way to connect with your child at camp is through email. You can email your child directly by logging in to your family profile, choosing "View Registrations",selecting the week they are attending, then choose "Send Emails". Click "Manage Guests" from your login dashboard to add friends and family.  Emails are printed and delivered to guests daily.

What are the pick-up/drop-off times for camp?

SUPER SATURDAY ARRIVAL TIME

4:00 PM - 5:30 PM – Gates open (Weeks 1-8)* 
6:00 PM - 6:30 PM – Opening Day Show (Weeks 1-8 only) 
*Classic Arrival is 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM


DEPARTURE OR PICK-UP TIME 

8:30 AM - 10:00 AM – Saturday (Weeks 1-8) 
8:30 AM - 10:00 AM – Friday (Classic, Week 9)
