How to Apply

Please read all four steps before starting an application.

STEP 1: Complete a CEO Application

All CEO applications will be completed online. Applications must be submitted before the deadline of Sunday, December 9, 2018 at 11:59pm EST. You will receive a confirmation email once the application is completed.


If you have previously attended Muskoka Woods as a guest you will need to use the email address on file for your [the guest's] individual profile. CEO applicants must use their own email to create an account when applying.  If you need to add an email address to your individual profile you can call our Guest Relations Team OR have your parent update it online through their online account.

To update your email address in the online account please have your PARENT follow these steps:

  1. Click here to login
  2. Sign in and go to the DASHBOARD
  3. Click MY PROFILE
  4. Click MANAGE ___________ FAMILY
  5. Click on your child’s name
  6. Add your child’s email address to their profile
  7. Log out

Once you have an email address on file:

  1. Click APPLY NOW at the bottom of this page 
  2. Click FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? on the login page
  3. Follow the prompts to create a password until you end up at your DASHBOARD
  4. Click on STAFF ACCOUNT located at the top right corner of the page
  5. Click APPLY NOW
  7. Complete the application as prompted

If you have never attended Muskoka Woods before, you can do the following:

  1. Click APPLY NOW at the bottom of this page
  2. Create a new account
  3. Complete the application as prompted

STEP 2: A “Get-To-Know-You” Interview

If an interview is granted, applicants will receive notification via email of the process. The email will outline the interview day and time, and will go to the applicant’s email address.

If you live in Ontario you will be required to be present at our Scarborough Office on one of two dates for a group interview:

  • Saturday, January 12, 2019 OR
  • Sunday, January 13, 2019

If you live outside the province of Ontario a Skype/Face Time interview will be arranged based on availability.

STEP 3: Notification of Acceptance

All applicants will receive notification of acceptance or denial by Thursday, February 21, 2019.

STEP 4: Confirmation of Acceptance

All accepted applicants must confirm their offer of acceptance into the CEO Leadership Program by Friday, March 8, 2019. The initial deposit of $2,000 is due this day as well. The remaining balance will be due Wednesday, May 1, 2019.

Please be aware that the CEO application is housed within our HR Portal, therefore if you see any employment/staff terminology you do not need to be worried - it is still an application to be a CEO Guest.
